Play Flash Video In One Tab When Another Tab is Open
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Andrew WIssler. I was recently using http://www.11alive.com/video/news/live_stream/wxia-live-news/85-1827003, and tried to stream the video in Google Chrome 63.0.3239.132, and tried to view another tab. When I did so, the video stopped. I was wondering if there is any way that this could be fixed so that it doesn't stop when you switch to another tab.

Jwplayer is not working inside iframe
Hi,
I am using JWplayer 7.12.11 inside iframe , its not working with the RTMP video stream inside iframe and gives following error
Error: Permission denied to access property "href"
and my js page stops working after that, I have seen that it works fine outside iframe on Firefox with the same js code. Is that a bug with jwplayer ? Can someone healp me out fixing the issue?

Jwplayer is not working inside iframe

Has anyone taken auto-generated .vtt files from YouTube and used them as caption tracks on JW player? We are trying this out and notice that text is overlapping when showing the cc on JW Player.

BitRate value displays 0 on Safari 11.0.2 for visualQuality
Hi JWPlayer team,
I need to keep tracking the resolution of the HLS video visualQuality while playing the video.
I started using BitRate value of the "visualQuality" data object. It works fine on Chrome/FireFox/IE which displayed the correct BitRate value (different from 0) for high resolution and low resolution video.
But It always displays "0" BitRate value on Safari for high resolution and low resolution.
What is a reliable value that JWPlay support for tracking the video resolution ? Could you please figure this out why Safari does not display the BitRate data ?

Playback Rate Control for Audio Player
We use JWPlayer for both video and audio. Why are playback rate controls not available for the audio player? They are more beneficial there, since a lot of people like to speed up the playback rate of things like audio books podcast. Sharing should also be available for the audio player. I understand JWPlayer is more focused on video, but those two features should be available on both players.

Hello,
I have a question
I want to use the playlist to publish on Amazon Fire using Amazon Creator - https://creator.amazon.com/projects/new
I've added an external link and when I play on jwplayer website, it works very well, the external link is https://5994f76338cb2.streamlock.net:443/8014/8014/playlist.m3u8
But when I put the playlist on amazon, the video does not load.

Flash issues?
I've been using the JW Player 6 Plugin for Wordpress on my website for a while. Looking back at old posts in a browser, however, I'm noticing that those videos have been replaced with a "Click to use Flash" button. If Flash has been depreciated, what the best way to fix this. (Hopefully it does not mean going back and redoing every post with a video.) thanks.

Even on setting autoplay property to true, the feature is not activated in mobile devices. On desktop browsers, the video gets auto-started. How can the autoplay feature be enabled on mobile devices?

How to make the 'no controls'video player clickable (in iframe)?
Hi Guys,
I need to have a video sales letter using a no controls, autoplay video player in iframe.
However, I'd like to give people the ability to pause / play when they click the video. They don't necessarily need to see any buttons, just to have the functionality to pause/play when they click on the video.
Anyone knows how to do this when using iframe embed?

Access to this video has been denied
Hi,
We are generating Signed URL for accesing the video. But when we hit the signed url the video shows error- Access to this video has been denied
But the same time if we use the temporary account credentials, then the video works fine.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hls custom url
Hi, is it possible to modify in any way the request url that the player/master hls playlist make to fetch the segments? In our system we've got custom url for requesting/serving files that then makes the request to the actual location (s3 or local storage) and returns the contents.
So the master playlist loads fine, but the segments request url is then prefixed with our url and I need it to be prefixed with the physical location. Is it possible to control it via headers?
