1) It takes a huge latency for video streaming with JWPlayer (21 seconds average).
2) "rtsp" for Android devices and "hls" for Apple devices are not working.(Both in JWPlayer)
I have gone through a lot of documents but none of them helped me.
Please reply ASAP.

RTMP stream not working in player...
Hi,
For the past couple of years we've been using the JWPlayer (cloud-hosted) to play live RTMP streams (mainly for demoing some equipment), and all has been working nicely. Recently however, we've been getting a "No playable sources found" inside the player, even though we can see the live RTMP feed in VLC.
Any ideas?

JW8. Use php extension in RSS Playlist file
Hello and please sorry about my bad english.
I used JW 6 with rss playlist. The file extension are .php instead of .rss, but JW has always read the file as correct. After the switch to JW 8 it no longer read this file extension and tell me: Not a valid RSS/JSON feed.
If I rename the extension to .rss all works fine, but I have many old playlist and should be great if there is a way to force JW8 to read the file even if the extension is php. It's something I can do?

Hi, I have few videos recorded from webcam in mp4 format stored on Amazon S3. .I am playing that videos in jwplayer7 but the player shows live broadcast text and there is no control bar and replay available while playing these videos. Please help me how can i show control bar and replay in these recorded videos.

Dynamic Playlist isn't working properly if audio
Hello,
the problem is that with the latest player, if the playlist contains linked audio with image,
when you click on the thumbnail it doesn't update the image on the player.
It works just the 1st time you play and then if you click on another thumbnail,
on the main screen the last image remains, so the main image doesn't change.
How to fix, please?

Some of my videos are processed correctly & play at 1080p, but others only have 270p max.

How ID3 metadata is extracted in LIVE streaming?
I am trying to perform ad insertion using ID3 metadata and Wowza as can be found in:

In this webinar they do not address the time precision of the ad insertion and I am interested in frame precision. So, I was wondering how JW Player onMeta event works when detecting the ID3 metadata. As the metadata is stored in the header of the HLS chunk, I can get the ID3 before inserting the ad, isn't it? And if so, how can I play tge ad in the correct timecode?
I am still reading the information and maybe you have some tutorials facing this topic. Other question is how to get the timecode of the ID3 metadata. I am thinking in defining it as text to be inserted in the ID3.
