I've recently updates JW player software from 6 to 7 and our staff hove noted that video files are now not playing with sound.
All video's are encoded MP4, AAC 44.1k and have worked with JWP6.
Interestingly, enabling the setting in IE11 under settings/advanced/multimedia/"play sounds in webpages" causes the sound the play. Switching back to JWP6 and the sound also comes back regardless of the IE11 setting.
Has something changed with the new version of the player that doesn't bypass this IE11 setting?
JWP6 renders our video with a flash player, JWP7 now utilised the HTML5 standard. WOuld this b something to do with the issue?
