srt caption file is 404 not found

Hello, I'm using the cloud hosted jwplayer and I'm getting a 404 file not found error when trying to play the captions file. The .mp4 and .srt are located in the same directory on my server and have the same filename. I have a crossdomain.xml set to allow all. The video and the image load just fine, but the srt is a 404.
