Most of the time JW Player (I'm using the enterprise version, hosted) works fine. However, I've got a user who is having a dickens of a time viewing things. At first, he got the "Cannot load M3U8: crossdomain access denied" error. So, I changed the Javascript link on the page, which seems to have taken care of that.
Now, however, he gets a different error: "Cannot load M3U8: No levels to play." Also, when he hovers over the Play button, it turns red. Thought it might have been the browser (for some strange reason), but he gets the error in two different browsers, one of which is Chrome.
I have received no similar reports from others, only from this one guy.
Any thoughts?
