Good morning!
I have a JWPlayer setup using JS that has been working for some time. The client has now decided to migrate some of their media to PlanetStream, and when attempting to copy+paste the PlanetStream URL into the JWPlayer source, I get the "media_err_src_not_supported" error.
However, when the same file is downloaded from PlanetStream and uploaded to my own server, it will play with no issues.
Is there any known issue with using PlanetStream URLs with JWPlayer?
