After searching for quite some time, I'm not able to find any type of official support for jwplayer or even a community site where users of the free version can ask questions. Even on the developer site there is just a mailing list that you can join (though it doesn't tell you that is what you are doing until after you have signed up for it). Looking for answers to questions and finding the documentation lacking as well as only 3rd party support such as Stack Overflow as the only options leaves me little options to find real answers.
