Dear support team.
Our main process focus on Video on demand so this subject is huge for us and our team is working on improving the quality of service to the client, specially in what regards the responses from the server once them are or not allowed to watch a particular video.
We are currently using a stack based on Nimble Media Server, WMS Panel and JWPlayer, serving HLS, which have been a must for us, specially regarding it's features.
The problem we are facing right now relates to the authorization, once we inhibit the access to a particular client or IP we are shown a HTTP 404 on the JWPlayer, even though the Nimble returns a 403.
What we ask you is what follows:
Is it possible to customize the answer sent to JWPlayer?
Why doesn't JWPlayer follow the HTTP status?
