Different errors across browsers

I seem to get different errors across different browsers (using JW7): - Firefox 45.0.1 gives "Cannot load M3U8: 404 not found" - expected error message - Safari 9.1 gives "Error loading media file: File could not be played" - unexpected error message - Chrome 49.0.2623.110 gives "Error loading player: No playable sources found" - unexpected error message Any ideas why this might be happening?
