The developer site has a nice js for a download button (https://developer.jwplayer.com/jw-player/demos/basic/add-download-button/). When I try this on my own site, the video file (predictably) exits JWPlayer and uses native browser streaming to play the video without downloading it. Why does it work on the developer site? Is it because of the playlist (https://cdn.jwplayer.com/v2/media/8L4m9FJB)? If so, how do I create this type of playlist for my own videos so that I can get the download function to work on my site? I really don't want to have to change the mime type on several thousands of video files, but is that ultimately what I would have to do?
