Hi,
We have a JW player setup for Video classes. We are using HLS and Dash streaming from Akamai. when we switch video quality from lower quality to higher quality, the quality change takes almost 30 sec and video stuck just after selecting the new quality (not pause).
When we change quality from higher to lower then the view quality change took comparatively less time, however, sometimes video stucks too.
can someone advice what could be the cause of this issue?
