Hello, I've been researched a bit on here, but cannot find the answer. When we place videos up on Facebook, they work and play perfectly on the page while viewing them on a computer. When viewing on a mobile device, it sends the user to the 'preview' page (http://content.jwplatform.com/previews/) which can be off putting for viewers.
Can anyone help on this?
