API PHP Create livestream

Hello, I bought a business plan this week and I can use the JW Player dashboard to create a livestream. I want to know, how can I create a livestream in the PHP API from the JW Player. I just found how to create a video, but not a livestream. After the creation of the livestream, I want to know how can I retrieve the stream name / RMTP server too to embed the livestream in my website. Thanks
