How to make the 'no controls'video player clickable (in iframe)?

Hi Guys, I need to have a video sales letter using a no controls, autoplay video player in iframe. However, I'd like to give people the ability to pause / play when they click the video. They don't necessarily need to see any buttons, just to have the functionality to pause/play when they click on the video. Anyone knows how to do this when using iframe embed? Thanks, Eugene
