Lately I have been getting calls for support from our members that they are unable to view streaming content from AWS cloud front.
They are using the newest iMac, os and safari browser. Message they get is "Error Loading Player: no loadable sources found"
This is not an issue with older iMac.
I am running jwplayer 7. On wordpress.
Has anyone done any troubleshooting with similar issue? I am not completely sure that the iMac is the reason for this problem.
Please advise.
