I just bought my son an jpmini5player and he can't get it to work . I bought it on jpay with my email address bjd5426@gmail.com. This he received for his birthday. Bad enough he is depressed with nothing to do and now this crap. No one is helping me out with this. Can you give me a password for him to reset it. He put in tickets no response.
