Does anybody else find it impossible to play PBS Passport videos on apple laptop with safari? I see the videos are powered by JW Player 7.3.6 but I get only error msg "Error loading media, file can not be played"
How frustrating. And i don't know the solution or even if it is up to me to solve this???
