Hi Support, we are developing an interface using the JW Player at version 7.12.6 but we are having some issues. We have implemented a Rewind function by an interval which seeks from the current time minus an amount of seconds. The player works fine at first but after some seconds the displayed frame gets stuck while the time bar keeps moving backward. We guess the issue it’s because of buffer lacking so we’d like to know the following:
- Is a native Rewind function being deployed for JWPlayer? If so, what would be the estimated release time.
- Whether there is a way to programatically increase the player buffer so our Rewind function never stops because of buffer lacking.
