Phonegap Application with Jwplayer issue

Hi, Am developing phonegap application using framework7.js.In this application using jwplayer plays the video files.if we press the fullscreen mode the control bar doesn't appear.only pause and 10 seconds backward option only available in fullscreen.please suggest me how do display full controlbar option on fullscreen. And another one i could not play the jwplayer when offline in mobile devices.please suggest me to play localfiles on jwplayer when offline(no network connection).
