I'm not sure what the issue is here... I uploaded the same thumbnail to 10 different videos. All say the thumbnail is "ready" but most of them aren't showing the thumbnail on JW Player or on my embedded site.
The strange thing is that a few of them are showing the thumbnail properly - strange because there is nothing different about the videos or thumbnails compared to the other videos.
Any suggestions on fixing this?
