We are moving our entire video library to JWPlayer. In our testing, we've gotten the videos to work and stream fine on almost all browsers and devices. However, when using Chrome on iPhone and iPad, something odd occurs.
1) The video takes several seconds longer to load (spinning wheel)
2) Our advertisements never play
3) The video plays fine for about 3-4 seconds
4) Then the video stops and produces the error: "Error loading media: File could not be played"
We have tested this on our own videos, a test video that JWPlayer uploaded using their own standard player with no customization, and I also went to another JWPlayer customer (The Onion) and experience the same problem on their videos.

I'll note that the videos on VICE (a second JWPlayer customer) work just fine. So there's obviously something they're doing differently.
We need help fixing this. Any ideas?
