Is it possible to reconnect to current stream without reloading the config file? Because if config is created anew, several last seconds of the stream are repeated. Is there a way to handle temporary interruptions in HLS live stream the same way that viewer's connection problems are handled (i.e. just show buffering state and try to reconnect every n seconds)?
Since the reconnection problems are the only reason we're thinking about switching from native AVPlayer to JWPlayer, it's really important for us to know if stream interruptions can be handled gracefully with JWPlayer.
And also is it possible to fully hide player's controls and buffering/loading indicator? Setting player.controls to false didn't help.
