Hello,
I am testing my website (specifically this page: http://ssdcougars.tv/?p=1760) and using Google Chrome I am using the emulation feature and chose the Samsung Galaxy S4. Now, using the same browser out of Emulation mode the video plays. (The video also plays in any non-android profile)
I do not have an actual android to test this on.
