Add URL query paramaters to manifest files

Hi, We use Uplynk for our live streaming service and they have recently provided us with some tools to help us tackle pirate streamers. They require us to append the following url paramter to the end of every ray lavel manifest file: spc=Unix Time Stamp I can't seem to find anything that helps in the documentation on how I would add these.
