Hi, I'm new to this and trying to configure the player. When I remove the controls the video I have will play on a web browser but on mobile devices it's mute. If I enable the controls the audio is fine on mobile.
Is there a way to disable controls but have audio work for mobile devices? Or is this a problem with mobile devices.
For my setup I have downloaded the JW Player to my webhost and the MP4 is on the Amazon CDN.
