Under OS X 10.11.6.
In Safari 9.1.3, no HD label presented in control bar.
In Chrome 53.0.2785.143 (64-bit), HD label presented with all 5 labels (Auto, 858p, 572p, 286p, 142p) but the last label (142p) can't be clicked.
Is there any bugs with this feature? It's very important in our product, thank you.
