Delay (HTS)

I guess it not much of a JWPLayer core question, but maybe someone can give me some direction... I want to INCREASE my delay in a HLS. Is it possible? I basically need to broadcast two different channels: one in real time to a group of users and one with some delay (let's say 10 minutes) to another group. Do you know how can you do it? Thanks!
